FAQ's

Do I have to take my wheels off to be polished?

Not for our mobile service. If your rims need to be re-finished, we do need you to take the rims off the truck and remove the tires.

How does the mobile machine deal with the valve stems?

The polishing heads have soft foam on them where the valve stems are, so the polishing heads will glide right over them.

Does the mobile machine polish around the lug nuts?

No, however, we offer chrome hi-hats/hub covers that add a nice finishing touch.

How much room do you need for your mobile service?

Our box truck is 8'x30' with a lift gate. We are fully self-contained with water and generators. Our goal is to provide service with zero impact on your daily business.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We welcome billed accounts after a credit check.

Will you move our vehicles?

Due to insurance limitations, we require a representative from your company to move the vehicles.

How often should my aluminum rims be polished?

Every 6-12 months.

How does your mobile service differ from other machine polishers?

We are mobile and don't have to remove the wheels from the truck or break the bead on your tires.

What if my rims have a coating?

As the coating shows signs of wear, we can completely remove it with our re-finishing/polishing service.

What if my rims are badly pitted?

We can restore these rims to a mirror finish with our re-finishing service.

Our trucks have a lot of construction material on them; asphalt/fly ash, etc.

We can remove excessive asphalt, however, hourly charges apply. Any other materials such as concrete and fly ash must be removed to bare aluminum prior to our arrival.
